Withdrawals require successful KYC identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Funds are returned to the original payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible.
Any form of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of technical errors is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment instruments, or device identifiers) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and review of all related transactions.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly notify PrimaBet78 of any changes via the Account settings or customer support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. PrimaBet78 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PrimaBet78 customer support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be implemented without delay.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, PrimaBet78 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

PrimaBet78's aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
PrimaBet78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or reasonable suspicion of AML violations.
Upon permanent closure of an Account for cause attributable to a breach of these Terms by the User, PrimaBet78 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and winnings derived from play conducted in breach of these Terms, subject to return of verifiable Real Money Funds that are not associated with any prohibited conduct.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the resolution of any pending wagers, open bets, and outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds.

In the event of a dispute between you and PrimaBet78 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you must first contact PrimaBet78 customer support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. The Company will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to the Company's formal dispute resolution process. PrimaBet78's determination on disputed wagers, alleged technical errors, and account-related matters shall be final and binding, save in cases where manifest error is demonstrated.
PrimaBet78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on record for your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are necessitated by regulatory requirements or security concerns.
